Coaching is a unique kind of conversation that involves deep self-exploration and understanding towards an agreed upon outcome with the client.

There are seven kinds of Coaching Conversations

  1. Clarity: In this conversation, the focus is on exploring what the client wants and doesn’t want to facilitate a clear understanding of the client’s situation.
  2. Decision: A probing for a decision or a commitment to a goal.

A conversation that weighs the pros and cons, understands the criteria to reach a well- informed decision.

  1. Planning: Detailing out the actions that will implement a decision.
  2. Experiencing: A conversation to develop the required resources and supported frame in mind to be able to achieve the desired outcome.
  3. Changing: a conversation designed to change a belief, decision, or habit that interferes with a desired goal.
  4. Confrontation: A conversation to confront whatever stands in the way like the client’s blind spot or incongruence.
  5. Mediation: Working out a conflict between two or more parties.

 

الكوتشينج هو إجراء محادثة فريدة من نوعها تركز على اكتشاف العميل وفهمه العميق لنفسه لتحقيق هدف متفق عليه.

 

توجد سبع أنواع من جلسات الكوتشينج :

  1. وضوح الرؤية: في هذه الجلسة، تركز المحادثة على اكتشاف ما يريده العميل وما لا يرغب به لتيسير وصول العميل لفهم واضح لموقفه الحالي.
  2. اتخاذ القرار: تهدف هذه المحادثة لتحليل الجوانب الإيجابية والسلبية للقرار وأهمية كل منها بحيث تيسير للعميل القدرة على اتخاذ قرار مناسب بناءا على المعطيات وكافة الجوانب.
  3. التخطيط: محادثة لوضع كافة التفاصيل الخاصة بتنفيذ القرار.
  4. تطوير الإمكانيات: محادثة تهدف لتطوير وبناء الإعتقادات والأفكار الداعمة لوصول العميل لهدفه.
  5. التغيير: محادثة مصممة لتغيير اعتقاد، قرار، عادة ما تقف حائلاً بين العميل وتحقيقه لهدفه.
  6. المواجهة: محادثة تهدف لمواجة العميل بما لا يراه أو بعدم اتساق لديه يمنعه من الوصول لهدفه.

الوساطة: العمل على فض الخلاف بين اثنين أو أكثر.
